The FCA have today opened a consultation which affects the Payment Services industry, particularly around areas such as Safeguarding and Prudential Risk where they are looking to make the temporary guidance from 2020 permanent.
Firms are urged to read the consultation and AFEP will be following up with members over the coming months before the consultation closes in April.
