The FCA are repeating their mandatory COVID survey for a 7th time. AFEP have asked the FCA for an update on what information they are gaining from the survey and how they are using the data, this is a continuing dialogue The FCA have confirmed that survey has helped them to obtain an accurate view of the impact of Covid-19 and supported their work to mitigate risks of harm to consumers, the market and competition within it.
They have taken the opportunity to simplify the format of the survey form to make for easier completion - so it will look a little different but the information they are asking for remains the same. As a reminder this includes:
