As indicated last week, the FCA continue to be concerned about the financial resilience of firms given the recent market movements.
For the past few years they have been doing Financial Resilience Survey’s (initially known as the COVID-19 Survey) and now they have published a consultation paper to make this a regulatory return during 2023.
