In 2023, the FCA will make some changes around how firms log into FCA Systems.
From 20 January they'll be introducing multi-factor authentication to the following systems: Connect, Reg Data, Fees Portal, Electronic Submissions System and Shared Information Service. The changes will mean firms need to authenticate with a one-time passcode when they log in.
Firms don’t need to take any action now – but they have more detail here, including what firms will need to do and when.
