With Christmas fast approaching now seems a good time to remind firms to reiterate their Gifts and Entertainment/Hospitality policies within their firms. AFEP have recently updated their Guidance on this topic, which can be found in the member portal.
It provides useful benchmarks for firms as to industry norms, but it is up to firms to assess the risk and compliance monitoring controls in their own firms.
