AFEP are pleased to confirm that after signnificant discussions over the past 9 months, the PSR has confirmed they have reduced the maximum reimbursement limit for victims of Authorised Push Payment (APP) scams starting from 7 October to £85,000.
They have been clear that the 7th October implementation deadline is fixed and firms should prepare accordingly.
