According to a recent survey by Compliancy Services, 45% of firms are potentially breaching FCA regulations whilst failing to meet regulatory obligations.

An announcement was made in the 2020 ‘Dear CEO’ letter with the FCA requirements being made clear, however firms are still falling short of the requirements and misunderstanding exactly what the FCA are looking for.
