I am delighted to invite you to Breakfast event AFEP are hosting with Dentons focusing on Readying your Business for a Sale.The Event will take place on Thursday 14th November from 8.30am to 10.30am and is aimed at CEO’s, CFO’s and Heads of Risk & Compliance who over the next few years may be thinking about selling or getting investment into their business. Amongst other things we will discuss:Key commercial and financial documents you need to prepare, establishing what good looks like. How to ensure good corporate governance runs through your business. Compliance, Legal and HR Audits – what good looks like.Breakfast will be provided and guests should aim to arrive for 8.15am at the Denton’s offices in Fleet Place. Places are limited but this is an event which C-suite executives as well as Heads of Compliance would find useful so we can take 2 guests from each member firm.
